Delete Your VantageX Mobile Account

If you wish to permanently delete your VantageX Pro account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

1. In-App Deletion

If available, open the VantageX Pro app → Settings → Account → Delete Account
Confirm your request to permanently remove your data.

2. Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@vantagexea.com using your registered email address with the subject line “Delete/Close my account .”

We will confirm your identity and process your deletion request within 30 days.

3. What Will Be Deleted

  • Your user account (email / UID)

  • Trade history and referral records

  • Profile information and analytics data linked to your account

4. What We May Retain

  • Legally required transaction logs or anti-fraud records, kept for up to 90 days

  • Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics used to improve performance

5. Confirmation

Once the process is complete, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
